If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 15 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
 
- Items must be returned unused in their original packaging
- Personalised items are not exchanged or refunded (unless there is a defect or fault on our part)
- They must be returned with the bill and if you require a refund you must also include your IBAN (international bank account number) if living outside of France or RIB if living in France.
 
 
The process to follow for returning an item is:
- Register your return directly on the site in the My Account section specifying your reason for returning the item and whether you wish to receive a refund or make an exchange.
- Note the returns number you are given on the back of your bill.
OR
- Note the reason for returning the item in the designated space on the back of your bill.
 
Put your bill inside your parcel accompanied with your IBAN (international bank account number) or RIB (French bank account holder’s only).

Note : For added security we advise you to return your parcel by registered delivery or any other method whereby you can track your parcel.
 
You will receive your refund by bank transfer within 3 to 21 days of us receiving the returned item(s).
The delivery charge and return delivery charge are your responsibility unless we have made an error with your order. For exchanges delivery costs are free.
